Whether you are an individual or have a group of friends wanting to train, I can accomodate for both types of sessions.
Group sessions can be more motivational for the not so dedicated individual. Whereas individual sessions can help achieve goals more quickly.

Train at home.
Many clients prefere to have training sessions at there houses rather than in a gym environment, this may be because they are not comfortable in a busy gym or have a home gym.
I can provide home training sessions or sports massage and supply all necessary equipment.
Diets don't work!
Have a nutritional assessment completed when you first start training with me.
I will provide you with a food diary, which you can complete over one week or one month, whatever your preference is.
I will then sit down with you and go through a plan of action, which will of course depend on fitness and maybe weight loss objectives.

Fitness Assessments
Fitness Assessments can be completed after the inital consultation, these assessments are optional however they are adviced.
Not just a massage... a Sports Massage.
Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage designed to aid muscle recovery, break down adhesions and prevent muscle tension. It will reduce inflammation, increase circulation, remove waste products and bring nutrition into the cells.
Pre Sports Massage is designed to prepare the muscles for the sporting event, allowing maximum performance. It is a short, sharp massage which fires muscle fibres and increases reaction time.
Post Sports Massage helps with relaxation after exercise. It allows muscles to recover, increase flexibility and prevent any muscle damage.
Sports Massage is not just for athletes, it is also designed for people with muscle tension. Massage can help prevent injuries that may be caused by stressed, unbalanced muscle groups, or painful restricted areas.
Sports Massage will make you more aware of the stresses and strains in different areas of your body.
Pay As You Train.
Sessions are available on a one off basis, 1 gym training session is priced at £30.00 per hour with a home training session priced at £40.00 per hour.
Sports Massage's are between 45-60 minutes, 1 gym sports massage is priced at £32.00, a home sports massage is priced at £42.00.

The cheapest way to train is to book more than one session in advance, you can book 5 or 10 sessions with me for either gym or home training.
5 gym sessions are priced at £140.00 (£28.00 per hour) or 10 gym sessions are priced at £260.00 (£26.00 per hour).
5 home sessions are priced at £190.00 (£38.00 per hour) or 10 home sessions are priced at £360.00 (£36.00 per hour).
5 gym sports massage sessions are priced at £150.00, with 10 priced at £280.00.
5 home sports massage sessions are priced at £200.00, with 10 priced at £380.00.
